STEAK
Serves 2.

2	8-10oz 1" thick steaks, i like delmonico or ny strip, refridgerated.

Rub steaks with 1tsp salt eash side, let stand covered 1hr out of
fridge, until room temperature.

Preheat oven to 300. Let it stand at 300 for at least 10 minutes.

Heat dry cast iron skillet on high until the seasoning just starts
to smoke.

Place the steaks in the skillet and leave alone for 2 minutes.  Flip
and place the whole skillet in the oven for 5 minutes for rare.
check for doneness via your prefered method.

Remove from oven and skillet, let stand 5 minutes.
