TAHINI SALAD DRESSING
Makes 1/2 cup.

1/4 c	tahini
1/4 c	water
2.5 tbs	fresh lemon juice
1 tbs	soy sauce (optional)
1 tbs	honey
1	small garlic clove, pressed or minced
1/8 tsp	cayenne

Food process or blend all ingredients until smooth. Salt to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
